Because our wigs are made from human hair and many are customized or made to order, all sales are final.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Human hair wigs
- Lace wigs
- Glueless wigs
- Custom wigs
- Ready-to-wear wigs
- Hair extensions
- Any hair product that has been delivered
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned for resale due to hygiene standards.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Be sure to verify:
- Wig style
- Length
- Density
- Lace type
- Color
- Cap size (if applicable)
- Shipping address
- Email address
Crowned In Gold Hair Collection is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect selections or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once production, customization, or shipping preparation has started, orders can no longer be canceled.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your phone, tablet, or computer monitor settings.
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
